Our Products

In the pasture. In the hive. In the field. We raise and produce food with care, patience, and respect for the land. Our offerings follow the rhythms of the farm.

Grass-Fed & Grass-Finished Angus Beef

Our Angus cattle are raised on pasture and forage in the fields. When winter comes,. they feast on nutrient-dense hay that’s also grown and made right here on the farm.

The beef is dry-aged to deepen its flavor and improve the tasting experience, resulting in rich, deeply satisfying beef.

From everyday ground beef for Taco Tuesday, to special-occasion steaks, we have the perfect cut for every table.

Pastured Lamb

Our sheep are raised outdoors on pasture, where they graze, move freely, and follow the natural seasons of the farm.

Pastured lamb is tender, flavorful, and remarkably versatile—from familiar ground lamb and chops to roasts meant for gathering around the table.

Pastured Eggs

Our hens spend their days outdoors on pasture, scratching, foraging, dust bathing, and doing the things chickens naturally do.

The result is a fresh, everyday staple gathered close to home and ready for you to get crackin’.

Honey From our Hives

We really can’t take much credit here—the bees do most of the work.

Our honey comes from hives kept here on the farm and reflects the flowers, fields, and changing seasons around them.

Each harvest is shaped by what is blooming nearby, giving the honey a character that belongs distinctly to this place.

Freshly-Milled Grains & Oatmeal

Grain begins to lose flavor and freshness soon after it is milled. That is why we mill ours fresh.

Our flours, grains, and oatmeal retain more of their natural fragrance, character, and connection to the field they came from.

For bread, biscuits, pancakes, cookies, porridge, and the everyday meals that make a kitchen feel like home.
